What is Ponuz?
Ponuz is an AI work platform: it brings your team's tasks, projects, documents and meetings into one place, gives every person a copilot that knows your company, and lets you build the internal tools you are missing by describing them.
What is the Builder, and what can I build with it?
The Builder creates internal tools from what you describe in plain language: an expense tracker with a photo of the receipt, a hiring pipeline, an equipment inventory, a metrics dashboard. You preview it, adjust it by talking, and publish it to your whole workspace. No code, and nobody to hire for it.
What is Sentinel, the AI copilot?
Sentinel is the copilot that sits with every person on the team. It answers from your company's documents, decisions and projects rather than from generic material online, and it opens with a shortcut from any application on the computer.
Do we have to drop the tools we already use?
Not all at once. Most teams start by moving one thing — the tasks for a project, or their meeting notes — and add more as it makes sense. Ponuz replaces several separate apps, but it does not force you to migrate everything on day one.
Is my company's information safe?
Yes. What lives in your workspace belongs to your company, and only the people you give access to can see it. Ponuz does not watch screens, take screenshots or log keystrokes: what it stores is the work your team chooses to put there.

Ponuz is available for macOS 11+ (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows 10/11+ (x64 and ARM64). Linux remains on our roadmap.
